Description
Epsom salts and Sea salts infused with Lavender, Orange & Chamomile pure essential oils, with added Lavender & Chamomile flowers.
For use when you’re feeling tension in your body or mind and need to unwind.
Ingredients
Add 1-2 teaspoons of the salts to a glass mixing bowl or similar heatproof bowl.
Add boiled water (Not boiling water), best to pour 10-15 minutes after boiling.
Place bowl on a level, heatproof surface that is easy for you to lean over.
Place a towel over your head to make a steam tent.
Keep your face about 30cm from the bowl with your eyes closed.
It may take a little while to get used to.
Breathe deeply and relax for 10-20 minutes.
Notice how you feel 15 min after the steam as the essential oils will be working their magic.
