Himalayan & Sea salts infused with Rosemary, Lemon & Mint pure essential oils, with added Rosemary, Nettle & Mint herbs.
For use when you want to clear your head/open your airways or to help you focus.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of the salts to a glass mixing bowl or similar heatproof bowl.
- Add boiled water (Not boiling water), best to pour 10-15 minutes after boiling
- Place bowl on a level, heatproof surface that is easy for you to lean over.
- Place a towel over your head to make a steam tent.
- Keep your face about 30cm from the bowl with your eyes closed.
- It may take a little while to get used to.
- Breathe deeply and relax for 10-20 minutes.
- Notice how you feel 15 min after the steam as the essential oils will be working their magic.
