How to use For use on all areas of the body, especially in areas of muscle soreness. Use on soles of feet and calves if using for sleep or restless legs. Massage in and allow the butter to absorb for a few minutes before dressing. For period pains, massage the butter around your belly button and out towards your hips. Try adding a warm compress/water bottle too if pain is severe.
